The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great with the right temperature and pressure. There were two queen beds in our air conditioned room which is ample space for sleeping. Breakfast starts at 6:00 am. There are lots of choices with coffee and juices. Service was friendly and prompt. Their prices are lower than many others in the same area. This chain of motels is my top choice for a good night’s rest after hours of driving.
One light wouldn’t even plug in cause the AC/Heat units plus was too big. Shower basically had one setting. Lava. Bathroom is pretty small, sink is in room. Staff was amazing. Super friendly and awesome. Location is great as it’s right of US-23 and is across from some good food places and the truck stop right there is 24 hours. Breakfast was a little lacking. Only hot item was waffles you make yourself. But that’s not the staffs fault. Would stay again.
One of the few that's looks like they are proud of there hotel. Room looked great and was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very freindly and jovial.
The staff at this location has always been pleasant and accommodating. Michael the GM has been amazing and helpful with getting us booked every single time. The rooms have always been clean. We feel safe and comfortable at the location. Thank you to Michael and all the staff at this location for all you do to help make our stays pleasant.
Being out of state and having the car break down, the guy at the front desk was so helpful. With 3 children with us, we were so thankful for him and appreciate it so much. We made it home safely. Although we never made it to the Waterpark across the street due to the car being down, we enjoyed the stay especially the kids, they still had the pool there. No problems with the room. Breakfast was good and service was excellent.
Great bed and pillows. I had a wonderful night's sleep. The shower had great pressure and hot water! They actually had a decent choice of items for breakfast, including refrigerated Bob Evans breakfast sandwiches to be microwaved, and a waffle maker. The walls are quite thin, hallway noise was a bit bothersome until I fell asleep. They have a terrific pool, so bring your swimsuit. The morning clerk made it quite clear there was no discussing our bill. I don't mind what we paid, but it's not what we were quoted.
Wonderful stay! Was told it's under management and it really seems to be working. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. They gave me great direction and must sees in Dundee. Was able to take time to enjoy the pool. Finally a pool that was not to cold to enjoy. They had something for everyone to enjoy for breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again when I travel through.
I'm a day cab truck driver, so I stay at hotels more than I stay at home. Whenever I'm in the Dundee area I always prefer to stay at the Quality Inn on Waterstradt. They have an amazing pool and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. Will at the front desk cares about his clientele, and I appreciate the professionalism him and the staff carry with them.
